Your continued use of our Services is meant to be your agreement with this User Agreement and all our policies. In case of an issue report, we may consider the User's history and the specific conditions in applying our policies. We may choose not to be strict with policy enforcement to do the right by our Users.
Service Listing Terms
While listing your services with us, you understand and agree that:
You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the recorded service
Site administration holds the right to limit, cancel, deactivate, delete, modify or take any appropriate action for a listed service and/or it's content without being held answerable
A listed service may take up to 24 hours to appear in search results
A listed service may not appear under certain search, search criteria, or filters to enhance and optimize the User experience
We may revise the service catalog, which may result in modifications to your service listing
Some of the advanced search filters may apply only to specific services
Service Booking Policy or Purchasing
While booking a service, you agree that:
You are responsible for reading the description, terms, prices, and other information of the listed service carefully before proceeding with a booking
You are responsible for your choice of professional and serviceÂ
You are responsible to contact the professional for consultation and confirmation of service before booking a service
Booking Cancellation
A booking may be canceled if:
The customer fails to comply with the posted terms in your listing
For Professional: Customer is unreachable (you are unable to contact the customer)
For Customer: Professional is unreachable (you are unable to get the professional)
Booking time is at least 24 hours ahead
Refund Policy
Refund is subject to the mutual agreement of the professional, customer, and Site Administration.
In case of disagreement about a refund between the professional and customer, the decision of Site administration prevails unquestionably.
Any applicable fees will be charged on the refund.
Feedback Policy
Feedback must be genuine and useful, i.e., describing the same service experience.
No offensive or threatening language or content is allowed in feedback; such feedback may result in a legal situation for you.
Feedback given only to increase the number of feedback will be subject to be modified or removed.
Use the reply feature of the feedback if you wish to have a discussion upon feedback.
Introducing such terms in the service listing means that professionals/service providers can not restrict customers from leaving feedback.
You cannot force other Users to leave feedback.
You cannot leave a bad comment for a good rating or a bad rating for a good comment.
Your feedback and ratings will be assessed by Site administration for accuracy and other policy checks.Â
Site administration holds the right to modify in any way and/or delete any inappropriate feedback. Â
Fees
We offer free-to-use Platforms, and there are no subscription or membership charges. However, a minor bank fee is applicable while transferring funds or making refunds.
You must specify a payment method and pay all applicable fees and taxes if you are a professional selling your services.
You must verify your credit card and pay all applicable fees and taxes if you are a customer.
User Information
We may collect and use your information as described in User Privacy Policy. By agreeing to this User Agreement, you agree with all our policies.
Third-Party
Our Site may contain links to other independent third-party sites only for your ease of use. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of the linked sites. Interacting with these linked sites in any way is your own decision.Â
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Sky Medical Supplies, its administration, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against Sky Medical Supplies by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Violation

All information provided on the Site is subject to change without notice. Sky Medical Supplies cannot ensure that any files or other data you download from the Site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features. You assume total responsibility for using the Site and any linked sites. Your sole remedy against Sky Medical Supplies for dissatisfaction with the Services is to stop using the Site. This limitation of relief is a part of the bargain between the parties.
